Data Retention

We retain your account data — transaction logs, identity documents, and correspondence — for the period required by applicable law. After that window closes, data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data-handling schedule.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses cookies to maintain your session, remember language preferences, and measure page performance. You can manage cookie consent via the banner shown on your first visit; withdrawing consent may limit some lobby functionality.

Account Security

Your login credentials are hashed and stored using industry-standard encryption. We will never ask for your password via chat or email. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and we will suspend the account pending verification.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details such as your registered mobile number or email address, submit a request via the account settings page along with supporting identity documents. Changes typically take one to two business days to process and verify.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We will process any remaining wallet balance back to your verified UPI or Paytm account before the closure is finalised, provided no withdrawal holds are active.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms should first be raised with our support team. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to an independent arbitration process as outlined in the dispute clause of this agreement.

This agreement applies to any person who creates or uses an account on patimatch. Access is available where local law permits, and it is your responsibility to confirm that using the platform is lawful in your specific state or territory within India.

We will not change terms without notice. Any material update to these terms is communicated by email at least seven days before it takes effect. Continued use of your account after the effective date means you have accepted the revised terms.

Deposits and withdrawals via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are governed both by these terms and by the individual terms of each payment provider. Where there is a conflict, the stricter of the two sets of rules applies to your transaction.

We hold identity documents submitted during account verification, transaction records, login history, and support correspondence. You may request a copy of your data by contacting our support team with your registered account email for identity confirmation.

Contact our support team via live chat or email and request account closure. Any balance in your wallet will be returned to your verified UPI or Paytm account before closure is confirmed, provided no active withdrawal restrictions are in place.

If we determine that a term has been breached, we may suspend or permanently close your account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities if the breach involves fraudulent activity.

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in India to the extent permitted. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our support process are subject to binding arbitration as described in the dispute resolution clause within the full terms document.
